Datanamic SchemaDiff Version 4 Released
FEBRUARY 2013Datanamic has released version 4 of its SchemaDiff product line. The Datanamic SchemaDiff product line is software that provides an efficient way to compare and synchronize your database schemas.
Datanamic SchemaDiff Version 4 gives you all the freedom to determine what and how will be compared: you can create your own comparison rules and you can define include and exclude filters on names of database objects. Besides that, the user interface is drastically redesigned. The comparison options now stand directly next to the comparison results. As soon as a comparison option changes, the structure of the source and destination database will be compared again and the comparison results will be refreshed. Another great improvement, is the instant generation of the synchronization script. You can find this script on the synchronization tab. The number of supported databases has been extended also: comparing and synchronizing the database schemas of MS SQL Server 2012 and SQLite (version 3) databases is now also possible.
