Annual Upgrade Protection

Future-Proof Your Software Investments

Annual Upgrade Protection (AUP) provides you a free upgrade(s) to the latest release of your Datanamic products throughout the first year of ownership. This can result in significant savings over purchasing software upgrades. The cost of Annual Upgrade Protection is less than the cost of paying for the upgrade when it comes out. Rather than purchasing an upgraded version of a product every few years, customers can accurately budget for software upgrades though the AUP program and treat the upgrades as annual business expenses rather than periodic, large purchases.

Upgrades and Updates

Purchasing Annual Upgrade Protection provides you with free upgrades for major releases (e.g. 2.x to 3.x) for one year. You can buy Annual Upgrade Protection for multiple years also.

Minor updates (e.g. 2.1 to 2.3) are always free also of you did not purchase Annual Upgrade Protection.

Purchasing Annual Upgrade Protection or Upgrades

Annual Upgrade Protection can be purchased when you buy our products. They generally cost 25% of the license purchase price. AUP coverage is for one year and must be renewed annually in order to stay in effect. Additional years of AUP can be purchased at anytime during the coverage period.
