Can I Compare Across Database Versions?

Yes. You can compare for example a MySQL 4 database with a MySQL 5 database or a MS SQL Server 2000 databases with a MS SQL Server 2005 database. Cross database type, for example comparing a MySQL 5 database with an Oracle database is not supported.
