If you prefer, you can purchase our software with a purchase order. We can also provide written quotes. Please include the following information in your purchase order or quote request:
The product name + edition
Perpetual License or Annual Subscription (monthly subscriptions are only available online)
For perpetual licenses, let us know whether it is an upgrade or new purchase. For upgrades, please provide the license key(s) to be upgraded.
For subscription renewals, provide the original order number and expiration date
The number of users
The name to which the product should be licensed
Your company's billing address, contact name and phone number
The email address for the quote or order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the email address for delivery
If this information is complete, we will process the PO or quote without delay.

What is Perpetual vs. Subscription?
Perpetual licenses allow you to use the version of the software (for example v11.1) you bought and all version updates (v11.x) for as long as you like without additional fees. Major upgrades (e.g. V10.2 to V11.0) are not free with a perpetual license. Upgrades are available at a reduced price.
Subscription licenses allow you to use the latest version of our software while you are subscribed. Subscriptions are available for monthly and yearly terms.
How can I upgrade from an older version to the most recent version?

Can I use the software on more than one computer?
Each license may be installed on two devices.

Site licenses are available for purchases of 20+ perpetual licenses. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
Where is your End User License Agreement?
The software is sold as a licensed product according to the terms and conditions of the EULA.
Monthly or Annual subscription?
When you purchase a subscription for a monthly term then you will have to enter a new renewal key, or fetch a renewal key from our server, each month.
When you purchase a subscription for an annual term then you will have to enter a new renewal key, or fetch a renewal key from our server, each year.
Do I have to be connected to the Internet when I use the software?
You don't have to be connected the Internet to use then software.
For subscriptions: After initial activation, your software will work offline for the term (monthly or annual) of your subscription. At that point, you will need to enter a new renewal key (or retrieve one from our server when you have an internet connection).
For perpetual licenses: After initial activation, your software will work offline forever.
