License FAQs
Where is your End User License Agreement?
The software is sold as a licensed product according to the terms and conditions of the EULA.
Monthly or Annual subscription?
When you purchase a subscription for a monthly term then you will have to enter a new renewal key, or fetch a renewal key from our server, each month.
When you purchase a subscription for an annual term then you will have to enter a new renewal key, or fetch a renewal key from our server, each year.
Do I have to be connected to the Internet when I use the software?
You don't have to be connected the Internet to use then software.
After initial activation, your software will work offline for the term (monthly or annual) of your subscription. At that point, you will need to enter a new renewal key.
Purchase Orders and Quotes
If you prefer, you can purchase our software with a purchase order. We can also provide written quotes. Please include the following information in your purchase order or quote request:
- The product name + edition
- Annual Subscription (monthly subscriptions are only available online)
- For subscription renewals, provide the original order number and expiration date
- The number of users
- The name to which the product should be licensed
- Your company's billing address, contact name and phone number
- The email address for the quote or order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the email address for delivery
If this information is complete, we will process the PO or quote without delay.
